Getting the Most from Your Spa Day

A day at the spa should be a completely relaxing experience. To make it happen, Radiance Spa has a few tips for you to use.

RESEARCH - Check out the spa beforehand. Look at reviews at Yelp.com. Talk to friends to see if they or anyone they know used to that spa.

CHECK IT OUT - Call ahead to see what services are offered and how much they may cost. We’re happy to share a complete list of our services and the costs with everyone.

GET WHAT YOU WANT - Not all spas are created equal. Not all spas offer the exact same services. You should get exactly what you want from your spa day. If you want something that is not listed, ask. Some spas will add an extra service if you give them time to prepare.

GET ANSWERS - Have a list of questions ready when you contact the spa. You can fax, email or call. The spa should be happy to answer each of your questions in as much detail as you need.

TOUR - If you can, ask to visit ahead of time. Tour the facility. Make sure it’s a place you really want to be and a place where you know you can relax. Radiance Spa is glad to let you see what we have. We do ask that you respect the privacy of our clients who may be in treatment rooms. We’ll make sure you have the same courtesy.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - Some spas can take walk-in customers. Some require appointments. Appointments are easier for us because we can make sure everything you want is ready when you are. Appointments are necessary for spa parties because we need to make sure everything is set for your group.

SPEAK UP - When you are in a treatment room or area and you feel pain, discomfort or feel self-conscious, tell us. You can’t relax if you feel something is not right. We’ll do our best to make sure everything is put right. Do understand waxing is going create bit of temporary pain. There’s just not much we can do about that.

When you are ready for a spa day or just want more information, we want to hear from you.
